Canon A85 Help please !!!

I have just purchased a Canon A85. My problem is that I can not download my pics onto my PC. I have installed all the software that came with the camera, and connected the USB cable correctly only to get the message "no pictures to download" or something like that. I know there are pictures on my camera as I can view them through the camera ok

the camera needs to be set to preview mode by flicking downwards the switch on the back of the camera

Word to the wise: You'll enjoy your camera much more and suffer less frustration if you take the time to throughly acquaint yourself with your A85 by reading the user manual that came with it.

It is so much easier and faster downloading pictures with a card reader.

Reading the instuctions is a very VERY good idea, as I've just found out. I'm such an idiot!! :rolleyes:
