What star filters do you recommend?

I take alot of city photos and a star filter could really enhance my shots. Does anyone use them and if so what ones do you recommend.

Are Tiffen filters any good? I read mixed reviews on them.

i'm no professional monte, but based on the pictures i see at the link you've provided, the pictures look a little too unnatural. can't you achieve the same effect with photo editing software?
