Where do I go if I need to get a camcorder? How do I know which one is best? I don't even know where to start, but I need it rather quickly. Any advice?

Lots of choices out there..most of the differences are the recording media, some have a built in HD, some use tape and other write to a DVD. We have this Canon DC-210 in the family, it writes to a DVD, has a 35x zoom and is less than 300 dollars. I'm sure you could find it at Best Buy if you don't have time to save on-line.(331.00 at Best Buy)
