SD 800 IS - time elapse photos

Hello,
I have the SD 800 IS.
I would like it to take photos automatically ever 1 min or 1 hour, etc... I guess its called time elapse photos?
Can the SD 800 IS do that?

Aside from setting the camera on a tripod and pressing the shutter button every so often, no, the camera neither claims to be able to, nor does it, take time lapse pictures.
