If you want to set and forget, that's what auto is for. In manual mode, there is no such setting. Manual mode is just that...manaul. Your settings will be totally dependent on the light available and the type of shot you are trying to achieve.
The exact settings are as follows: setting your eyes on the pages of your user guide and some tutorials on exposure, reading about exposure and simply learning about photography and how to use your camera.
Some tutorials to get you started here:

A book you might want to read here:

And, please do not post the same question in multiple threads in multiple forums. This is the proper forum for your question.

Welcome to the forums. By the way, it's bad form to post the same thread five different times.
Now to your question(s), which can't be answered. What you're asking in essence is, What do I set my camera to so that it will be perfectly configured for all time and for any and every situation? No such settings exist. Auto settings will make the camera do it's best guess for each shot, but the camera doesn't know what effect you're trying to achieve. Cameras today are pretty smart, and auto settings will generally give okay results. Even then, the camera will change settings from shot to shot.
But you want to know manual settings. The whole point of manual settings is that it gives you MORE control over each shot. If you "never want to mess with it again," which is what manual settings are for, then you're out of luck. There is no "great setting that works all around. "You might as well ask, "What zoom should I leave my camera at so that I never have to mess with it again?"

The best solution to your questions is to use the preset modes.
