The date/time set correctly ONLY if the format is yyyy/mm/dd. If either of the other 2 formats are used, mm/dd/yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy, the date and time are garbled , e.g., 25/20/2018 37:00. When the world time is scrolled thru the time zones, the year increments. Unfortunately, this garbled time is what is displayed on the LCD. The time is always x:00

My question is: Is this a camera software error or is this camera defective? Could someone who has this camera check this out, please?

Thanks

In delving further into the problem, the display is foobared ONLY if the day is 10 or greater, i.e., if the day is 1-9 then all formats work correctly. As soon as the day is 10 or more, the display is garbled. Strangely, the date imprinted on a picture will be correct for any date format. Contacting Samsung was no help and their suggestion to try another camera can't be done since I can't find a store that stocks them, online only.

Other than the date/time issue, how do you like the i85? I've very interested, but can't find many reviews / comments.

I'm specifically interested in the picture quality overall and in low light conditions.

Thanks for any info.
