dsc-s500 no audio when i record

when i record a video clip with the camera there is no audio playback on the camera or when i download it to the computer. what can i do?

According to the Sony webpage (http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=-1&partNumber=DSCS500) the camera has no speaker, so you wouldn't hear anything while playing back in the camera.

Have you tried other computers? Can you post a small clip for us to try?
