View Full Version : Fireworks pics I took With FZ20
Here is the link to the New Years Eve fireworks pictures I took. I took over 400 pictures so I had to choose the best ones to upload because I can only upload 100 into the album, and I am sure you dont want to spend too much time browsing through that many pictures! In my opinion, the best ones are near the end of the album. All pictures were taken with the "fireworks" mode and infinite burst. I only took my finger off the shutter a few times! Let me know what you think and if there is anyhting I can improve on for next time! And oh yea.... Happy New Year everyone!!!

I have found that the fastest way to view the pictures is to select "view as slideshow" and change it from 5 seconds to 2 seconds. Then just sit back and enjoy :)
jason, i only see links to an album titled "goose island."
There should be two albums, the Goose Island one and the New Years Eve one. Let me know if its still not there :(
yup, the second album is there now. very nice shots!

Was that with the regular fireworks scene mode? The noise is surprisingly low!
Yes, as I stated in my first post, they were all taken with the fireworks mode and infinite burst.

Really cool pics guys. When you put it on fireworks mode does it change the iso or did you have to do that manually? Use of a tripod? can you give more specifics of your settings and conditions?
Kieffer, I could not change ISO under fireworks mode. Everything is pre set by the camera under Firweorks mode. I do not have a tripod but deffinatly will be getting one! It would have helped out my frozen finger New Years Eve too :o .

Well I am pleasantly surprise how low or lack of noise under those circumstances. Nice pics. I will have to give that a try under some other circumstances for kicks and giggles :-)
