Hi guys

I live in a part of India where it never snows
Came across something that left me wonder struck
I was a bit lucky to find the scene just as the setting sun was reflecting of it

Thanks guys :)
I was lucky with the sparkles, some reflected light was hitting the crystals that evening
This was my third shoot of the same thing, had a tough time with getting the DOF right & a pleasing composition

Is this the same lens that Coldrain is currently rubbishing on another thread?

B/W has my vote, although all three are great and sharp. Nice stuff.

Award winner, thanks :)
That is a first for me

Thanks :)
I picked up the IS version about a month ago
It is definitely sharper than my previous 70 200
The IS is very effective & the control over DOF it gives is incredible
Think f16 handheld macros with available light :D

If it is the thread that is most recent, then there is no such thing.
L lens in question was not the IS version and money was limited to 70-300 IS mm range. The Canon lens in another thread has it's place, but cut down Coldrain for a responsible reply to a OP is rude.
Spook

Drama these pictures are absolutely stunning, great catch!

In the right hands, that 70-200/4 IS sure does draw a beautiful image - love the bokeh. :)
