Updating Pentax K100d Firmware Help.

I bought an 8GB SDHC card but it wont work with my current 1.0 firmware. I need to download the new 1.02. I exreacted the update and put it in my memory card but when I try to run it on my camera it doesnt work. Nothing happens. Does anyone know how I can do it? Anyone who has done it to their K100d. Thanks.

Is something else on the card or did you format it before copying the new firmware to it?

I just formated it. I tried it on my 4gig cars and my 32mb cars. Both don't work. It should be working it say on the pentax website thats its for the K100d.
