Will this 4gb sd card work with my SD1000?

Kinda a newbie here, but will the following sd card work with my Canon SD1000:

Most likely it will. But the SD standard really only goes up to 2G. 4G cards are a bit of a hack and some devices have had problems with them. If you are going to buy a 4G card you should consider SDHC cards instead which are sure to work fine on this and any other camera that takes SDHC, or stick with 2G SD cards.

I've used Transcend before and they work fine.
