sending a movie clip email

Hi,
I have looked all over for some help and hopefully I have come to the right place here. I have a CanonPower shot G1, 3.3 miga pixels. My ISP is Peoplepc.com. I am running Win 89 SE, and Outlook Express.
I am trying to send some movie clips via email, I try sending them to my self to see what amount of time it takes and if they will go. Would you believe it takes about a half an hour to get it to go.

The web site advice is the best and what I use. You can get a free web site with Yahoo and simply upload your movies there where those who you give your web address to can easily download them. They have very easy tools there to do this.

I tried several times to "zip" mpeg & avi movie files without too much luck. There may be a way to do it but I haven't found a program that works well. Most video files of even short duration of just a couple of minutes can be enormous and as you discovered simply are impractical for attempting to send and nearly impossible for others to retrieve (especially with dial-up services on either end).
