KEH has a $100 rebate for Nikon Af-S DX Nikkor 55-200 f4-5.6, Nikon Af-S DX VR Nikkor 55-200 f4-5.6 and VR 70-300 when D40,D40x, D80 is purchased with NIKON lens.

Does anyone know if this rebate is everwhere?

It sounds like it's valid from any authorized Nikon dealer/distributor. If you select "Find Dealer" and fill in the drop down boxes, it will give you certain stores in your area. Nice find!
