No it is not....... I can say for sure its absolutely no good on a FZ20 or FZ30....and it would work a little better on a Smaller FZ but it would still be poor quality and the numbers are very misleading....the WA is no where near what they claim....and there is a lot of vignetting with both lenses.
I would read this page and pretty much if the lens is not mentioned on the pages its no good. There are exceptions to every rule and there may be a few good lenses CK has not checked but not many.

Boy, thanks so much for that info Genice. I am always a little skeptical about buying things on Ebay because there are so many liars on there. They make it sound like a very high quality lens set.
What would you reccomend for lenses? How about the set that is advertised in the box when you buy the camera? They have a
1.7 Tele
UV filter
and a Polarizing lense
but I couldn't get a price from my dealer on them, says he couldn't find the prices for them. I guess all I really want for sure is the polarizer. The telephota seems to be very sufficient on the DMCFZ8

Is a good source for filter I would get a 52mm Multicoated UV filter and a Hoya Linear polarizer........
Now there are several good TC to use and most likely a very good one is the TCon10 you will need a 52 to 55mm stepup ring to use it on the FZ8.
