Let me first state that I have been a Fuji fan for many years. I still think they have the best point and shoot low light ability in their camera's than anyone else out there. That being said they have lost me as a customer. I refuse to support any company that treats its customers badly as I have been treated. I had an F30 that broke twice on me in 9 months and each time they failed to honor the warranty and their New Jersey repair center wanted more than half the value of the camera to repair it. The first time I paid it cause it was 2weeks old and I got a refurbished back. This last time I threw the camera in the trash rather than pay their ridiculous fee's. I wrote their customer service and they did not write back. I wrote again a week later and they told me to call their NJ center where the people were unhelpful and unresponsive and rude. Good luck if you buy a Fuji product because you are on your own and they will not honor their warranties.
