Need help for quick purchase

I need a new camera desparately my Canon A80 got broken by my little one. OK, here are the basics what I am looking for:

Good Image Quality
At least 5x Zoom
4 megapixels or above
Mostly pictures of the kids
Budget is up to $200.00

I am not very picky but want the right camera at the right price and don't want to make a mistake on purchasing. I do love to zoom on the kids faces

You should look at the Canon A570 IS for more outdoor shots or lowlight (no flash) shots of stationary objects. You should look at the Fuji F40 for better lowlight (no flash) shots of moving objects such as people.
