Canon SD750 or Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX55?

I have a Canon Ixus 75 (SD750 for you Americans), but I recently got a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX55 for free. Which one do you think I should use? I mainly do macro photography, and sometimes portraits.

Since you own both cameras (i doubt anyone else in this forum owns both of them) you need to answer that question for yourself. They are both very similar cameras..test them both out and use the one that works best for you. I don't think others opinions will prove more valuable than your own experiences with the cameras.

I find both equally pleasing to use.
However, which one's image quality in general is better?
I am not so good at judging this, but from reviews I have heard that the Lumix's high ISO performance is rather...disappointing?

Since you have the camera, take some pictures at high ISO and see if they perform to your requirements. There's really no way to say if the photos are up to your needs; but since you have both it's pretty easy to test.
