Which one?

I am looking for a good digital camera. I would like something 6 megapixels or better. Something that I can easily take with me on trips and family outings. I will mostly take pictures of the kids, indoors and out in the park. As well as some pictures at car shows and outdoors when we go fishing. Price up to $300. What would you suggest?

If indoor/low light (no flash) pictures are important to you then you should add the Fuji F40fd to the list.

Indoor is important but I do a lot of outdoor pictures of the kids playing, us fishing and us at car shows.
