Seems not too hard up to about 30. Gets tougher to about 45. After that, pretty damn hard--lots of obscure and foreign-origin words. Made it to 48, but a couple of them were educated guesses!

Knowing Latin is a pretty huge help, but there are some pretty interesting folk words I don't think anyone has used in a couple centuries.
