Pocket diffuser opinions..

Hey guys. I'm looking to buy a small pocket diffuser to use on the 430EX. Something compact that I could use for candids or portraits. Any suggestions? Limiquest? Stofen? Thanks in advance!

Cheaper....

1. A piece of card fastened to the flash with an elastic band.
2. Bubblewrap covering the head.
3. Pantyhose stretched over the head.

I dislike flash diffusers anyway - they take too much power away.
