photoshop in chinese

I just purchased some products shipped from china. Included in my order they sent me a copy of photoshop cs (I believe its version 8.01). the program is written entirely in chinese, is there a way to convert it into english?

I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it looking for an english language option..there was none..

its really no big deal, I just thought there maybe a program that translates software programs to english
