Hello all, I was wondering what camera you have and what type of card you use... like size and brand? thanks! I m getting an XTI and i need to get CF cards i was thinking a dan elec for ~$20 for 4 gb but i m not sure... thanks!

I have several SanDisk Ultra II 1 Gb SD cards and 2 Lexar Platinum 2 Gb SD cards. I think both are 60X, which is typically fast enough for most situations.

I've stuck with A-Data for a LOT of my memory hardware (I've had 2 gigs of A-Data ram running in my PC for 2 years now, had several SD cards, and now CF cards), and I paid I think $60 for my 8GB CF card. I wouldn't trust extremely cheap memory (or the people who sold it to me). Check out newegg.com and sort by price there. I've been buying PC hardware from them for nearly a decade and I've never been anything but happy with their service and willingness to help if there's a problem with the product.
