New FZ15 - Need Help with Blurry Pictures

I am enjoying my FZ15, however, being new to this I am experiencing quite a bit of blurring when taking photos with the zoom at it's fullest. Perphaps I have some of the settings wrong. Also, when taking action shots, like basketball games, I am not even coming close to a sharpe image. I know that with actions shots and digital camera it's not going to be perfect but how to get it to be the best possible shot. Thanks for any tips.

You have to set the zoom stabilization to mode 2 in the menu

Like Pix sayid use mode 2 and if your talking about full "digital" zoom than use a tripod. I ran into that today. And realized I shake a wee bit too much, ok, I shake alot LOL so I defintely need a tripod at full Digital zoom. Regular zoom(12) no prob. Also what AF setting are you using?

These settings came from someone on about their 3rd attempt at indoor sports and the pictures were real nice.

These are settings used by randy rimland for soccor under low light and I think they would work for you. You could maybe try the ISO at 200 depending on the lighting.The link to his pictures are not working but the photos were very nice.
