This was taken in RAW in tricky light. Combining with light reflecting from her green top casting greenish reflection on her skin tone; especially on her arm and face. I try to correct in Capture NX without much success....... Can anyone tell me how to do it effectively in either Photoshop CS2 or NX?

PS: The Sigma 18-50 Macro is a great lens.

I adjusted the WB using Color Balance in Photoshop CS3.
I wasn't there to see the scene so I couldn't have told you what the lighting looked like. It's a hard scene to adjust for since the girl is illuminated by a green spot light but backlit by flourescent?

I would suggest playing with the level sliders for RGB and when you find the right balance, save it and apply to all of the images.
Do you own LightRoom?

This was done in Light Room.
It was much easier. I just set the tint to +60 and temp to -4.
Exposure + .52, Blacks +4.

With LR you can 'synch' all of the customized settings so all of the pictures will reflect a global change in WB and exposure.

Hmmm, each time I save the original image and then resave from the respective program. No resizing, yet the image size is increasing!??

Actually, though, it makes for a pretty nice B&W, I think. Did auto contrast & a green filter B&W.

TheObiJuan:
She had a (kinda) green fluorescent light about 2 meters from her left hand. I guess that's why the green cast. I thought WB stuffed up badly.

I actually played with the idea of BW, sepia... it actually gives the shot a classic look. Not to mention no more green. :)

I don't have Lightroom. I thought there might be an easier way to correct just the green cast while leaving other parts unaffected. It looks like to really correct it is to do it one portion at a time.
Thanks everyone for your time.

Sometimes a green color cast can work. ;)

hahaha. That's funny TheObiJuan. Green might work on The Beast but on Beauty? I don't think so.
