Which One????

Any advice greatly appreciated in helping me get my first digital camera.
Two cameras i currently have in mind are the Sony P150 or the Sony T3.
If anyone could help me decide on either of these two or throw in any other one i should consider then please help us out.
Also any info on were I could get a good deal from would also be most welcome.
