Energizer 15 minute (NiMH) quick charger?

there is this energizer 15 minute quick charger and i know a little about nimh batteries and i know that those 15 minute chargers are mostly a joke. but i was wondering why such a well known name brand is endorsing something like that? do they work? and any opinions about the energizer nimh batteries (2200 mAh). thanks in advance for the help.

If they do work then I'd advise handling the batteries with asbestos gloves. They must get very hot!
