i have a paypal account and i havent bought anything off ebay.

i use my pay pal with a debit card, if i win an auction what are the steps i take after that?

The auction should have been set to ask for immediate payment, or the seller will send you an invoice, which should contain a link to pay through paypal.

Go to "my ebay" on ebay-it's found top right- go down to ''items won'' and click ''pay now'' on the item won.
This will forward you to paypal, login, then the rest is cake.
Just click on to continue, change address if needed or add a special note.

so no need to "add funds" to your pay pal with a debit card, im guessing its instantanious?

It automatically adds funds when you send money :)
