Need a broken Fuji Finepix F10 for parts OR source to order repair-parts

My Fujifilm FinePix F10 fell to the floor while the lens was extended. It stripped the mechanism that telescopes the concentric circles of the lens outwards and inwards.

Who might have a Fuji F10 that's defective...maybe a broken screen or other non-lens-related problem....and can sell it to me for cheap? I need to lift the lens mechanism out of it.

Other option would be if someone knows a part warehouse that would sell the lens component for the F10. It connects to the main assembly with little more than a handful of screws and a ribbon cable.

Do you know how to fix it? I saw a brand new F10 online for $109 If you take it to Fuji, the labor might be more than the camera is worth. I had a Sony Mavica
that broke,the labor was $40 an hour to fix it and that was over 10 years ago, I can just imagine what it would cost now.
