Help, please

my A75's lcd suddenly can not take normal view, all messy. Looking through viewfinder is OK, so guess the lens might be good. Could you please tell me what happened, can it be fixed? A75 is too old, but it was always working well. I would like to know what really happened, although already got the new one. Thanks

Not tidy? :D
You can't tell if the lens is still good by looking through the viewfinder since what you see is the view through the hole on top of the lens, and not through the lens itself. A quick and easy test is to take a few photos, then download and check if they are still good.
