I guess the forum title says it all.
My Wife and I are going to Hawaii this summer and I would like to purchase a new Digital Camera for the trip. I currently have a Fuji FinePix A303. It is very convenient and takes decent pictures, but since this will likely be a once in a lifetime trip I would like to upgrade to a newer more versitle camera
I was looking at getting the Fuji FinePix S5100 and am now intrugued by the Canon Digital Rebel. I realize that they are worlds apart as far as price is concerned. The original reason for looking at the Fuji was that I already have the storage media.
Obviously the Hawaii trip will involve a lot of static pictures, but I also have children and would like to use it for that pupose as well. Sporting events, Musicals, Plays, etc, etc.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciatted.
