Photoshop - outpuuting

Okay, I have a problem with photoshop where it is outputting images [jpegs, pngs] as lower contrasted than my original [psd]

I wondered how to reset my profile to fix it?

No its not a tonal problem
Yes im in the right mode
No edit - colour profile didnt help

Do you have a color managed workflow? As in, the same color profile is used in Windows that is used in Photoshop?
