Down to 3 camera..Please help

I need a mid sized camera with as many manual controls as I can get. I'm an amateur interested in learning digital photography.

I'm down to three cameras and need some advice

Fuji FinePix E550
Pentax optio750Z
Canon A95

Canon A95 has all that I need but it is pretty heavy as compared to other cameras. What you are you views on these three cameras. I'm not a big fan of the swirling lcd either.

I'm so confused that I might end up buying Sony DSC W1 ignoring the lack of manual controls and use of expensive Memory Pro stick.

If you want room to grow, and your thinking about small, look at teh Canon s70.
Great manual capabilities, and pretty good pictures, as described in the review here. I have one and think it is really a very nice camera. I wish it could use the same batteries as the A95.
