Panasonic FZ8 Lenses - Help

I have a panasonic FZ8 and would like to buy a macro lense for it but since I am extremely new to photography I have no clue where to start looking. I guess I am confused because not all lenses fit all cameras? Can anyone give me names of ones that will fit mine?

These are good macro lenses that will work with your camera.
Both come with a snap-on Universal Adapter that can fit in the range 52mm to 67mm:
