Scanning APS film?

Are there any consumer grade scanners that will scan APS film? I can't seem to find one anywhere.... or are there places that will do it cheap?

Is it also able to acquire the data (time and date when picture was taken) from the film as well? do you have a shop in the US?

The date and time the picture was taken is recorded onto the film magnetically or optically (the Wikipedia entry on Advanced Photo System film explains it much better than I could) and was hoping that info could automatically saved with the scans.
