If you're shooting a lot of low light photos you should consider the Fuji S6000.

Keep in mind that even with the Fujis which are great in low light, you'll need to use some manual controls to get the best results. They're not great at fully auto shooting, especially in low light fast actions situations.

The Canon S3 has a rotating LCD (nice) or EVF (electronic viewfinder - fair) and poor low light/high ISO perfomance (not nice) a whole range of modes from automatic to fully manual (nice) and stereo-sound movies (nice). It also has an easily-changed-by-accident ISO button on the back (bad).
Don't know much about the TZ, though I believe it has no manual mode.
Both have stabilized lenses (good.)
