I cannot decide which P&S to get!! I currently have a Kodak C875 with a broken flash that renders it useless indoors. This is the second time the flash has broken. I have done HOURS of research and don't know where to go from here. Here are my choices:
Fuji F40 or F31: I like the high ISO option, but I am wary of the slow writing and shot to shot times.
Canon A630 or A570 IS: I like the specs on these but I was disappointed with the color of the pictures on the LCD in the store. They seemed very grey and dark. Is this an LCD thing or an image thing?
Kodak Z885 or C875 (with a warranty): I have not been able to find any info on the 885 and I REALLY do not want a third broken 875 in less than a year! However, I love the color of the Kodak pics and the fast shot to shot time and the amount of video you can get on a 1GB card.
I mostly take indoor action shots of my one year old and pictures on my annual vacation to the beach. I am looking to spend about $200. I am a novice who likes S/A priority controls. Since the movie mode on the C875 still works well, is it less of a priority on the new camera.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
