What are you expecting to do with the camera? If you are mainly taking snapshots with an occasional print at A4 size, I think any of them will work fairly well. The Canons have a nicer movie mode if that is important to you, plus with the new DIGIC-II chip they are quite fast taking pictures.
The Casio does have more pixels, but if you are just taking snapshots with an occasional A4 I don't think you'll get too much out of them. I'm not that familiar with the Z55 so I'll let someone else talk about its strengths and weaknesses.

I just wanna take some pictures, for family use.. and I don't think I need that much resolution too..
But my friend told me that Canon got a better image quality then casio ... and I've viewed lots of reviews.. but I am still not sure about that ..
And I wanna know the different between s300 and s200, are they really differ so much about the picture quality??

The difference is pretty much just .8 megapixels. Otherwise they are nearly identical cameras. With more pixels in the same sized CCD you might expect slightly higher noise, but the sample photo galleries online don't really show much difference to my eye. For your needs you sound like you could get by with 3.2 MP, though you might see some grain in the largest prints.

I bought mine at the Dell.com site, and with 15% off plus a $35 coupon (currently $45) and free shipping it came to $328. I got a Sandisk 512M card for $32 as well w/ rebate. I ordered on Tueday and it arrived today. So far so good.
You can probably get a slightly better deal after Christmas, but you'll miss out on photos between now and then. How much are the missed photo ops worth to you?

I just got the SD300, too, and think it's terrific. You will get a better deal later, as all cameras/technology eventually get outdated, but how much later is anyone's guess. Basically you can get the SD300 for about $400, an SD200 for about $300. Getting more pixels lets you crop more or make larger prints.

I haven't jumped yet for the S300 because I was worried that action shots would be blurred (can't select the shutter speed). Have you found this to be a problem?
Thanks so much,

It's a point and shoot, but you can adjust the ISO and it has an action mode. I suspect it'll be fine, but I'll know more when I get a chance to use it on the ski slopes.
