I've read several reviews of this camera, and I played with one in a camera store. I have two specific uses for it:

1. Taking shots when I'm out on my bike in the vineyards. Many of these would be landscapes, some might be action shots. I've not used "RAW" format, but I'm fortunate enough to live in a photogenic area, and should I happen to snap something memorable, I'd like to be able to make the sky a bit more dramatic, etc., and I'd like moving objects not to be blurred because I can't choose the shutter speed. (I'll be taking my first photoshop class this spring).

I love the tiny size of the SD300, but wonder if I should be willing to double the weight in order to control shutter speed and get pictures in RAW format (by buying the S70 instead).

2. My other use will be to take pictures of my clients for inclusion in my client database (so that staff and partners will be better able to serve them). My offices are reasonably bright, and the image I recorded of the salesman in the camera store (taken without flash) seemed bright enough. Any problems here? I'm hoping to avoid the small-camera-red-eye problem

Thanks so much.
