I noticed that on Flickr it says you are from there, so I had to ask! I think that's awesome! I love Africa :) It is very cool that you are from there. Most people I "talk" to online are from the US. I am from Serbia, which is in Europe. But I lived in a lot of different places, mostly in Europe though.
Is the population of Namibia around 2 million?

@Sophia - I would like to see as much of Europe as possible, but due to the wonderfull exchange rate we have, affording a plane ticket to Europe is out of most of our grasps

Yeah Ive been saving some cash for the last couple of years, maybe itll happen, who knows.

Yes it is a him, hes name is "sokkies" which is afrikaans for soks. We called him that because it looks like he is wearing soks.

We woke up one morning and he was outside our window and he's never left since :D

Wow, the watch looks like it's from a commercial!! Amazing I love it! And the scratch you can always erase with photoshop or whichever program you have. And the dog is yours? Lol, how many pets do you have???

Thank you very much Sophia. Yes the dog is mine :D We have 2 cats, but 3 live with us, 1 dog, a monkey(thats me) and lots of Koi fish.

I borrowed my collegues Canon 350d last night and was playing around with it, I was struggling to get a good pic of the watch and decided to see if the s3 could cope well and what do you know. I came up with that shot. i know I can get rid of the scratches, but maybe I should rename the title to imperfections in time or something like that.

Hey take more photos of Namibia landscape (I would *love* to see that), and photos of people who live in your city. I know very, very little about Namibia... Change that :)!

By the way I think you have a lot of talent, so keep taking photos! I like your car photos as well, you always find a good angle. You like cars? (silly question, haha)

Once again I thank you Sophia. Yes I do like cars, its my second hobby and part time job :D

I am planning a trip down to the cost of Namibia for next weekend, Its a buetifull place. The dunes and ocean are seperated only by n small highway. There is one spot where a shipwreck has been lying on the shoreline for years. Ive tried getting the perfect shop of it for about 2 years now, but with unfortunate results. This time with my s3 I will get that perfect shot :D


i have a a few urban shots of namibias capital, ill be sure to upload them when I find some time ;)

That is really strange. Id try and fix it, but they broke into our offices yesterday and Im not allowed to touch my pc. As soon as I have access to my pc again or remember my yahoo ID, ill see if I can fix my account

Love love love the "Luminaous sky" pic. I see you're getting some flack from some for the shadows, but I was thinking you could do some HDR tricks with your pics and they would just be amazing IMO.

Thank you lantern. I appreciate their critisism. But ive only been at this for a couple of months and im still learning. Im saving up for some external lighting sources. It should go better from then on :)

I like how you fight with your personality in your pictures. Its kinda like, "Yes I know the sky is the star of the show, but I like cars damnit!".:D
