Fuji FinePix S5100 vs Olympus Ultra Zoom C-765

I'm new to the world of digital photography and am seriously considering purchasing one of these two cameras. I'm sold on having the 10x zoom. They seem rather similar and am looking for opinions/guidance.

I too was considering the S5100. I liked the way it felt, the 10x zoom and the 4MP. But several people on this forum suggested I check out the Panasonic line. Which I did. I did some extensive research and have decided the FZ15. The FZ15 is 4 MP with 12x zoom and FZ3 is a 3 megapixel camera with 12x zoom and is a bit smaller than the Z15 (and cheaper). I found the FZ15 for about $20 more than S5100. I just ordered it today and can't wait to try it out. Circuit city has the Z3 on sale for around $340...a great bargain at that price.
