Made the front page of my local paper!

As a newbie to photography, I am very excited. One of my photos made photo of the week in my local newspaper! :) Each week they choose from photos submitted by the public to an online photo sharing site within newspapers...it's called CU. It also allows for newspapers to share more photos of specific events to the public.

Thanks guys, it is a great feeling. :) I'm trying to learn. Maybe one day down the road I can do professional portraits, I hope. I just need more (much, much more) experience and more equipment. It's not a cheap hobby.
