Taking my D80 to Africa

I'm on my way to Africa next week to take some pictures. Anyone have any suggestions about what to photograph that I may not think of?

i'm sure you'll find plenty of things to keep you occupied !

without knowing anything else about you...if this is your first dslr and you haven;t had the cam for long i would strongly recommend you PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE.

nothin worse than taking a brand spanking new cam on a trip like that and only finding out on your return that you stuffed up settings/ focus/ exposure etc and ruined great photo opportunities.

Definately agree with Rooz. Whereabouts are you going? Africa is large :)

Narrow it down to countries and you will probably get some suggestions....

Take enough batteries and memory cards!
