Is it possible to get a lower ISO on the 30D or is 100 the lowest. I ask because I have seen photos with an ISO as low as 64 but dont think it was a Canon product.

Yes ISO100 is the lowest on the 30D. There are some that expand to ISO50 (5D is one) and several that expand to ISO3200.

i use ISO 0 everything's completely black, but there's no noise at all.
