View Full Version : 6 Million Dollar House

I had a photo gig last weekend for a client that hosted his daughters 16th bday along with his new house warming party. The home was about 10,000 sq ft. and was still in construction mode, but even more impressive than that was the 2 acre water theme park in the back yard that almost puts the Las Vegas Wet n' Wild (no longer operational) to shame. Here are a few of my favorite shots. The rest can be seen here (http://chrisross.smugmug.com/gallery/2980901#161364897)

Wow. I loved the one where you have the motion blur of the boy diving into the water :)
1/20 second at 24 mm, you used a tripod for that, right? I always get camera shake long before I get motion blur :(

Toriaj~ yeah I used a trypod. lol envy is only a sin if you sin to attain, right?. Yeah, it was pretty depressing comming home to my little shantee of a tract home after being in that collossal house...well until my kids jumped me on my doorstep, arms wide open covered in peanut butter, pancakes, and syrup (Friday night special). I walked in the house... and handed over my earnings for the night...to my wife... I am well trained....*Pavlov*

All kidding aside, these side gigs have been a huge blessing for our family... just enough money to sneak out of town every month or so as a family and stay in a hotel at a vacation destination! at the end of the day, It's all about the family, right?
