Hello I have an Olympus C-170 Digital Camera.
I bought the camera about a year ago but unfortunately it stopped working during the last 10 days.
As soon as I switch it on a red and a green light start flashing but the screnn never turns on remains black and the camera is not responding.
From what I understand the camera just needs a firmware upgrade but unfortunately when I try to update it from Olympus Master I get an error that it is unable to connect to the camera. How can I reset my camera and update the firmware if i have such a problem. I lost the receipt of camera therefore I will have to pay for the repair so i want to try and fix it alone.
