Its my grandmother....
on her 79th birthday..i gave her a face lift and i know she will love to see this...even though i think she is beautiful and has aged with grace...i hope i look that good at 79 ^_^

Um, I think you did a good job of hiding the PP -- it just looks like a bad facelift ... I think it's worth showing her because she might like it, but in my opinion it takes that beautiful character out of her face. And the eyes?

I've seen your other PP work. You definitely have talent. I hope you show us more.

I agree with toriaj - it's way overdone. You don't expect a 79 year old to have the skin of a 19 year old (unless you're Joan Rivers :rolleyes:). Your grandmother is still a beautiful lady at 79 and you want to soften the major wrinkles while leaving some of the character in.
