I am looking at the new canon 1d mark3 camera that will be released soon. I have read that there might be some issues in photoshop and elements opening these files because of their extensions. On my 30D I have had no problems opening the raw files as they are CR2. extensions. Does anyone know what the extension is on this new mark3? I have heard that it is not CR2 but something else. Will elements be able to understand the raw file extension of this new camera and will it be able to download the files from the downloader in Elements V5? I really don't want to use the downloading software that comes with the camera as I like the way elements have handled the raw files and allowed me to store them in the way i wish. Thanks, Steve
