K100D/K10D Lighting Options?

I was just wondering what the lighting options for the K100D and K10D are. I see that they have "wireless sync", but I'm not sure what kind of flashes that would support.

In contrast, the Canon EOS 1Ds Mk II (dont worry, I'm not even thinking about buying one) has "wireless multi-flash" support (which sounds more like what I need - support for multiple external flashes), so I can't figure out whether or not the two Pentax Kx's will support my needs.

Any pointers regarding multiple external flash? Thanks.
