Canon PowerShot A75 Digital vs. Canon PowerShot SD110

I'm trying to decide on buying the Powershot A75 or the Powershot SD110 for my father.

Price is not an issue between these two cameras. They're both in my price range. My father needs an easy to use camera with good picture quality (good saturation and sharpness). The smaller the better but not at the expense of good ergonomics.

I appreciate any recommendations you can give me.

I wouldn't have thought it would take much to decide..... The way your Dad uses it should make it and eadsy decision: If something trendy is important, than the forget the A75. But if he want's something with full manual overide, bigger screen, 4xAA cells, etc, then...... :D
