Hi I am new to digital cameras and forums. I am going to buy my husband a Canon 30D and would like to know if there are any adaptors for Pentex K lenses [SWC Pentex A 1:2 50 mm and Pentex A Zoom 1:4 70-200mm] that can be used on the 30D.

There are Pentax K mount adapters for Canon EOS to be found on ebay, yes.
But one question comes up, why not look at the Pentax K10D if one of the primary goals will be to use old manual focus lenses? It will work out of the box with those lenses, and when shooting in RAW format the K10D performs quite well.
